The company’s mobile app keeps them connected with their favorite coffee spots, serving up a convenient way to order ahead, pay through mobile wallet, check in with Caribou Perks and redeem loyalty points for free drinks, snacks or size upgrades. As Caribou continued to attract new fans in international markets, the company focused on improving the user experience and ramping up app engagement.


With an exciting new app to fuel its loyalty program, Caribou Coffee wanted a way to drive real-time engagement with on-the-go coffee lovers.
