Airship Subprocessors Through November 30, 2019

To support the operations of the Airship Customer Engagement Platform and related technical services, Urban Airship, Inc. d/b/a Airship (“Airship”) or one of its subsidiaries listed below (collectively, the “Airship Group”) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Subprocessor”). Airship engages different types of Subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below. Prior to engaging a third party Subprocessor, Airship conducts diligence to evaluate their security, privacy and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations. Airship’s sub-processors include:
