To support the operations of the Airship Customer Engagement Platform and related technical services, Urban Airship, Inc. d/b/a Airship (“Airship”) or one of its subsidiaries listed below (collectively, the “Airship Group”) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Subprocessor”). Airship engages different types of Subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below. Prior to engaging a third party Subprocessor, Airship conducts diligence to evaluate their security, privacy and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations. Airship’s sub-processors include:

Airship works with certain Subprocessors to provide specific functionality within or to provide technical support of the Airship Customer Engagement Platform. These Subprocessors are set forth below. In order to provide the relevant functionality these Subprocessors may process Customer Data.
