Airship Subprocessors through September 2022

Changes have been made to update the naming of the services to encompass all Airship Services and affiliates. References to the Airship Customer Engagement Platform have been updated to refer to the Airship Service. No material changes are made to the list of Subprocessors or services. To support the operations of the Airship Service and the Apptimize Service and related technical services, Airship Group, Inc. (“Airship”) or one of its subsidiaries listed below (collectively, the “Airship Group”) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Subprocessor”). Prior to engaging a third party Subprocessor, Airship conducts diligence to evaluate their security, privacy and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations. Airship engages different types of Subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
Airship Service Infrastructure Subprocessors (US cloud data center and EU cloud data center)

- Service-Specific Subprocessors: SMS Service
Apptimize Service Infrastructure Subprocessors (US cloud data center and EU cloud data center)

As our business grows and evolves, we may change the Subprocessors we use. We will endeavor to provide the administrative contact of customer’s account on the Airship Service and the Apptimize Service, as applicable, with notice of any changes to Subprocessors, along with posting such updates here.
