Airship’s Partner DPA is available on this page to cover data protection obligations for partnerships involving the processing and sharing of Personal Data between Airship and our partners.

This Partner DPA governs data sharing between Airship and partners and addresses scenarios where both parties may act as Controllers, Processors, or Joint Processors of Personal Data.

Airship’s Partner DPA consists of the following: (i) the main Partner DPA Agreement; (ii) the DPA Annexes including comprehensive security measures, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and the UK Addendum as incorporated by reference; and (iii) detailed provisions for cross-border data transfers. In addition, Airship is certified with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Partnership Scenarios Covered:

• Controller-to-Controller: Where both Airship and Partner act as Controllers of Personal Data and transfer data to each other for their respective controller purposes

• Controller-to-Processor: Where one party acts as a Controller and transfers Personal Data to the other party to provide services as a Processor

• Joint Processor: Where both parties act as Processors of a Joint Customer’s Personal Data and transfer such data between each other at the direction of that Joint Customer

Comprehensive Privacy Law Compliance:

This Partner DPA ensures compliance with global data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA as amended by CPRA, state Health Privacy Laws, and other comprehensive state privacy laws, as well as UK Data Protection Laws.

Airship’s Partner DPA supplements the underlying Partnership Agreement between Airship and the partner organization.

For Partners: Please review the Partner DPA and have an authorized individual electronically sign the relevant documentation here to execute this Partner DPA as part of your partnership agreement.

Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA will be emailed to the address you designate during the process.
