Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their business card/contact details at the Airship stand during MAU 2025.

2. Employees of Airship Group, Inc. (hereon named as Airship) its affiliates or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Prize Draw you must have your badge scanned at the Airship stand during MAU 2025, with contact details including your name, company, business title, phone number and email address, or enter your details in the form on this page. No purchase is necessary.  Alternative method of entry: You may also enter by sending your name, company, business title, phone number and email address to team@airship.com with “PS5 Prize Draw Entry” in the subject line.

5. Only one entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

6. Airship accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete.

7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 5:30pm Pacific Time on Thursday May 22, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

8. One (1) winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within one week from the event date and the winner will be contacted by phone or email. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

9. The winner will receive one PlayStation®5 with an approximate retail value of $500 USD.

10. The winner will be notified by email or phone by May 30, 2025. If a winner does not respond to Airship within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Airship shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize, and so on). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Airship shall be entitled to select another winner.

11. The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner.  Winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

13. Airship shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen on airship.com/legal/privacy  and in accordance with data protection legislation.

14. Airship accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of the prize incurred by the postal company during the shipping of the prize to the winner.

15. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes related to the prize.

16. This Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law. Residents of jurisdictions where this type of promotion is restricted or prohibited may not participate.

17. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an email to Rozenn.Welsh@airship.com with “PS5 Prize Draw Entry” in the subject line within 60 days after the Prize Draw end date.
