Live Updates push real-time data to Android widgets and notifications, keeping users informed without requiring them to open your app. Use them to power any widget — order progress, delivery tracking, sports scores, or other time-sensitive data — as well as notification-based updates. Airship manages the update lifecycle through the SDK, letting you push content changes from the Airship platform alongside your other Android messaging channels.
